A single occupancy room means that you will have a private room that is restricted to only one person.
You will enjoy the comfort of having your own space to stretch out in, or to have some privacy.


DOUBLE - $1,500 PER PERSON
A double occupancy room means that you will share a room with a roommate. This can be done in a twin bed or double bed format (or a king/queen sized bed if you are a couple).

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.  You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. Get a quote from our suggested travel insurance company - Allianz below: 

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION & ADVISORIES

  • Traveling to Los Cabo requires a passport and it MUST be valid for six months beyond your travel dates. 

  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • You MUST purchase your own flight to & from Los Cabos International Airport

  • Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Los Cabos on July 27, 2023, before 4 pm.

  • Once you purchase your flight you will need to email your flight information to  so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort. Enter your flight HERE.  Flight information has to be received by 3D Travel Xscursions/Luxury Activated Travel Group 45 days prior to the departure of your trip to secure your round trip airport transfers.  Failure to submit your flight information to 3D Travel Xscursions/Luxury Activated Travel Group by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.

  • This resort is about 60 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. 

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via postal mail 2-3 weeks or earlier prior to travel.

  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify 3D Travel Xscursions/Luxury Activated Travel Group of all email address changes.

  • Men and kids are welcome to attend this event at the same price. However, some of our events are Adults Only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:

  1. To handle all payments and payment processing.

  2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable.

  3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.

  4. To provide all final confirmations and details upon FINAL PAYMENT.

  • All payments to 3D Travel Xscursions/Luxury Activated Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because 3D Travel Xscursions/Luxury Activated Travel Group has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • All guests waive, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue 3D Travel Xscursions & Luxury Activated Travel Group, and/or its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assignees for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. At the Resort that there are any damages to property, the guests are solely responsible to return property to its original state.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Monthly invoices will be sent to the email address on file.

  • You can login to your client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee.

  • Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account. 

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have.  By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • All cancellations must be in writing.

  • All payments are Non refundable without PURCHASED payment protection excluding initial deposit & 3D Travel Xscursions & Luxury Activated Travel Group $150 cancellation fee 

GROUP ORGANIZER & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:

  • To handle all payments and payment processing.

  • To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable.

  • To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.

  • To provide all final confirmations and details upon FINAL PAYMENT.

 

Guest(s) Responsibilities are:

  • To provide necessary documentation to enter any domestic or International travel.

  • To finance additional items or activities that are not listed. 

  • To make all payments according to payment plan agreed on.

  • All guests waive, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue 3D Travel Xscursions & Luxury Activated Travel Group, and/or its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assignees for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. At the Resort that there are any damages to property, the guests are solely responsible to return property to its original state.

  • Guests agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium.

  • Guests who do not sign and agree to our Terms & Conditions will be unable to book this vacation.
